Fluvoxamine personality changes?

Recently switched on doc's orders from sertraline, which made me incredibly chill, to fluvoxamine and have been experiencing some...weird side effects. Basically I lost all sense of tact and have been speaking my mind much too directly then before that frequently devolves to outright shittalking. It's like I lost all self-control mechanisms that prevented me from doing that and behaving in a much more socially acceptable way. Had someone experienced anything similar, or is it just that I'm an asshole and now finally have the energy to be my true self? :1
