TAFE NSW DIPLOMA IN NURSING URGENT!!!

hey guys!!! i’ve applied for TAFE NSW and got a conditional offer to join the diploma of nursing next year. however, since i am an international student i’ve been told that my chances are slim although ive completed and met all the requirements. apparently my atar isn’t high enough to enter TAFE too but i was told that they don’t look at ATAR. any advice?
