Congested for 2 months and now getting nosebleeds

So I've been congested for two months now. First it started as a persistent dry cough with no mucus and now it's transformed into congested that mainly affects my left nostril but depending on my position it will affect the right nostril.

I thought I was ok as I didn't have any sinus pressure or other stmptoms but now I've been getting nosebleeds. They started a few weeks ago when I started Flonase. My mucus was always clear but with a bit of bright red blood at the end if I blew hard enough. After I stopped Flonase it got much much worse.

My sinuses dried up, they're no longer producing mucus on their own (only happens when I cry), and my septum is now bloody on both sides.

I am praying it's not nasal cancer or anything but I won't know until Wednesday when, after a month of trying to get someone to actually look at me, I go to my ENT.

Someone please help me. Anything to help me survive two more days. Someone please help me with my worry.
