Can’t figure out how to craft spicy chum

I get that to create it, you need certain amounts of di-hydrogen, phosphorus & mordite. OK, check. So I’ve tried using the nutrient processor but only mordite is selectable. Then I’ve tried using a large refiner; 1st with whatever stacks I had of each ingredient, and 2nd with the exact amount of each ingredient (90/25/80). Either way, the output reads, “Requested Operation: Unavailable” and does not show Spicy Chum as the intended output. What am I not understanding? Am I missing a step or more? 😬🍲
