Pokestop not showing in-game

My nomination got accepted and it’s not showing up as a pokestop, gym nor dynamax spot. There is no other waypoint in that S2 cell, but it did get accepted. Would another nomination of another item within that S2 cell create something in Pokemon Go?, this is the first time this has happened to me.
