Gathering all info and from what we know.. the hate for Julian is a bit wild.

Julian has done all their bidding plus was an on-air personality & even toured multiple cities. Do you know how wild it is to be paid a month to month stipend for 3 years? So you’re not even technically a coworker.. you’re just a Temp/Freelancer at this point. Then on top of that when he asks you for a raise you flat out fire the nigga. You couldn’t even pull the “we’ll reevaluate in 6 months”?

It seems like they were looking for any reason to downsize and Julian gave them the perfect out. If this was a new podcast i’d give them some slack but they’ve been on the air for what.. 4 years now.. and you can’t give niggas a decent contract or salary. It’s obvious they’re not meeting their quotas.

Rory is also full of shit and took gaslighting lessons from Joe. Saying how there was no bad blood and if Julian would have him he’d be on his new pod yesterday. No nigga. If that was the case Julian wouldn’t be writing 4 page poems and rubbing elbows with your opps. It’s literally all bad blood between the three of them and for RnM to make it seem like it was amicable is crazy. They were betting on Julian not being messy and taking the high road while keeping things quiet but clearly that’s not the route he’s taking.

He knows damn well they told Julian to never mention Joe or communicate with him ever. Mal is the same person that rl said on air that he would never speak Joe’s name ever again like he’s candyman.

I hope Demaris is taking keen notes because there clearly isn’t a future for growth where she’s currently at.
