Pajama suggestions for chunky babies

My 8 month old is is currently in 12-18 mos for regular clothes but I can't seem to find pajamas that fit him. I sized up to 18-24 month but I still can't get them zipped over his chunky thighs due to everything being snug fit for fire safety. Do any companies design pajamas for chunky babies??
