No TOG rating on most of baby's sleepwear

How do you all navigate TOG guidelines when no TOG is shown on clothing? Nearly none of his clothes have TOG listed. He is currently in a cotton carter's sleep sack, wearing a fleece Cloud Island pajama zip up. Room is 60/70 at night.

It seems improbable that so much of his clothing is lacking this rating but here we are.
