Sold my Maschine MK2, can't remember old email, cant transfer license to new owner

Title.

I know it is a mistake on my part, but I can't seem to get into contact with NI-support team. And I really need the new owner to get the license, is there any NI employees on here, who might be able to contact me through Reddit?

Anybody have an idea or solution?
