So first things first. There are a few biases I'll address when we get to it. This is fully ranked in tiers. I've used all canon material. This is Manga, Novels, Databooks etc. For Boruto I have used as much anime knowledge as I can recall as it is partially canon also. I've been powerscaling properly for over a year so have had to defend this almost daily so most takes I should be able to provide a reason for that I find sound enough.
