FPL Botches “SurgeShield” Program in Naples, FL (Golden Gate Estates)

As seen on a local Facebook page… “FPL Home” botched a job for their Surge Shield program which is supposed to help electrical surges and protect appliances during storms.

This is really bad… like amateur level work. I fear they are using sub-contracted labor from unskilled pools to service their accounts. This should NEVER happen.

Looking forward to the electricians comments in this thread.
