Planning to build in a H5 Elite, putting parts together, question about RGB and Fan Control

Hey guys! I have been a long time lurker and wanting to build in a H5 Elite. I have a Strix B760 mobo and am getting the kraken elite 240 RGB and 1x F120 rear fan exhaust, plus there are already two F140 RGB fans pre-installed at the front of the case.

If I want to control all fans and RGB via CAM, should I get the NZXT RGB and Fan Hub (3 fan connections, 6 RGB connections)? I am thinking of plugging the two front fans into a splitter then into FAN1 on the hub; the rad fans into a splitter then into FAN2 on the hub; finally the rear fan into FAN3 on the hub. I have five fans in total so I can plug their RGB connections into the RGB ports on the hub I assume?

The hub then has USB 2.0 plugged into mobo, plus the SATA to PSU. And finally the pump connection into CPU_FAN (to control pump speed in CAM, instead of plugging into AIO_PUMP) on mobo then to a USB 2.0 on the mobo?

I hope I am clear with my scenario if anyone is able to advise whether the above will work?
