Seeking NYC restaurant recommendations for my 26th Birthday Dinner - under $100 pp

Do any of the NYCBWT have any restaurants suggestions for somewhere to have a fun group birthday dinner in New York City (either Manhattan or Brooklyn)? I'm looking for something cute that's in a busy area since some of the group will probably want to go to a few bars afterwards. I'm planning on having about 12-14 people and I want to try to keep it under $100 per person (or close to it) to be considerate of everyone!

I'm open to restaurants that have a price-fixe menus since then everyone will know exactly how much the dinner is going to cost them and it would make splitting the check easy since everyone's meal will be the same price, but doesn't have to be. Thanks! ♡
