BLDG Management Bitches
🆘 I found the most perfect apartment on the UES. Two major cons keeping me from moving forward: 1. I looked up the management company (BLDG management) and saw nothing but horrible things. Building didn’t have any reviews on open igloo or open violations to go off of.
- Outside of terrible management reviews, my only other concern is that it’s a single pane window. Facing 67th street (literal steps from Central Park btwn Madison and fifth). I dont mind some noise bc hello, New York City. But the single pane window makes me nervy.
Anyone with experience renting from BLDG?! Are they truly god awful? I’m running out of options bc every apartment I see has been terrible and a 6th floor walk up. Help a bitch out 😭😭
