Best Strategy for Fullbacks

I need fullback help.

I've noticed it's really easy to recruit the top fullbacks in each class, there's close to no competition. In your opinion, is it worth it to go after them or do you prefer to change a different player to your fullback?

Should I even use playbooks with fullbacks or is it more valuable to not waste a position on the field with one? If you think they're worth it to use, what are the best playbooks and schemes that utilize fullbacks?
