Weight/Height Requirements for Army / Service Academies. Why are the players overweight irl?

I’ve been wanting to do an army dynasty since forever and decided that army would be a great first save to make w the new game coming out.

I notice on ESPN a lot of the players are “overweight” according to the west point standards that are posted online.

Anyone know something I don’t?
