Game took my Gleamium

I tried to buy the battlepass when I got on the game but it kept telling me it failed I restart the game and saw I lost 800 gleamium and i still have to buy the battlepass now I'm upset cuz idk if I will get it back or if it will give me my battlepass 🤦🏾‍♂️🥲
