Decent non-crime Scandinavian, European or Russian films?

Netflix seems to mostly have crime dramas and while they are fine, I’d thought I’d see if any of you fine people know of any other films.

I’d love to see other genres: comedy, scifi, fantasy, horror, anything else really.
