To those who take mounjaro, are you keeping it a secret or are you open about it? (to family, coworkers, friends etc)

I’m getting started on mounjaro very soon and I’m debating on whether I should or shouldn’t mention it. I am asking because from looking at this sub, there seems to be great weight loss progress and I am sure people will bring up how you look.
