Quick Key's bugging out

I was using a 50 Jump ring for a bit, upgraded to a 100 Jump Ring and suddenly the quick keys for enchanted wearable are busted. The quick key for my Enchanted Daedric Battle Axe works just fine, but anything enchanted that I wear (Rings, Amulets, Armor) just isn't being equipped. Curiously enough they're still equipped onto my character when I press the quick key but aren't equipped in the magic slot
