What was the best opportunity the El Dude brothers messed up for themselves?

Been thinking about what relationships or job opportunities Jez and Mark would have been happiest with if they hadn’t ruined it. I’d say for Jez it was definitely when he was working for Ben. Mark I’m not so sure, maybe Kelly even though it was completely Jeremy’s fault that didn’t work out.
