High-rise observation deck down town?

I am working downtown next week, and despite living around Minneapolis my whole life I've never really been up in of the skyscrapers in downtown.

Is there any public observation deck or something similar in the IDS or Capella or Wells Fargo building?

I don't mind paying a fee, but I don't want to sneak into some company's penthouse or something lol.
