Minecraft account recovery

Hello, for actually couple of months I am trying to recover my minecraft account. I have bought this account before the migration in some early 2020, and succesfully migrated it (i have got the cape). Unfortunatelly I have lost access to my email that had the confirmation of me buying the game, the only pieces of info i have is the UUID, OptiFine cape and my original nickname. Is there any chance for me to recover this account?
