Question for Estradiol Patch Users…

Where do you usually place them? Upper abdomen, lower abdomen, now I’m hearing butt?? I usually do upper ab but now switched to right under my belly closer to pelvic bone. I switch sides on patch changes. Not sure my instructions were clear so just wondering ladies…what is the right way to place patches?
