I have a 2019 Honda CR-V AWD EX with under 22k miles on it. I brought my car into the dealership today to get serviced and was told that my car was showing 7 maintenance codes, I should get the C service package, blah blah blah. I was really just planning on getting my oil changed and tiresrotated -- I was not planning on dropping over $700+ and had just gotten the A service package a year ago. I declined and the service guy made me feel bad about not following their recommendations. He said that at a minimum, I should be getting my transmission fluid exchanged ($280). I did a quick Google search when I got home and found recommendations from other Honda dealerships' website that said switching transmission fluid isn't necessary until 90k+ miles. I barely drive anywhere -- I work from home and only drive to the grocery store and gym. I only managed to hit 21-22k miles because I took 2k mile road trip this year. Is my dealership trying to upsell me?
