How much does it cost to change transmission fluid and coolant?

My fiance recently had his transmission fluid and coolant change in his 2013 hybride Lincoln. It's a used but new to us car. He was quoted $700 for the changes. I'm not as well versed in mechanics things, but I feel that this is very steep. I've looked online and haven't seen anything conclusive on the cost for hybrids. Can anyone provide some insight??
