(USA) Is it possible to redeem a BOGO survey promotion and an app deal in the same transaction?

When redeeming the buy one get one free you get for feeling out the customer survey, could you also stack on an in app deal? You can only redeem it in store, not through the app, so how can it be done? Scan the app deal first then tell them to add to bogo promo? Thanks in advance
