Saatva Latex Hybrid vs. WinkBed Luxury firm

I have grown up on pretty basic hand-me-down spring mattresses and my girlfriend and I decided to finally make an adult purchase. We are both back sleepers and I tend to also be a side sleeper. I am 6’0, 160 lbs and she is 5’3 120 lbs. We are incredibly hot sleepers and have 2 small dogs that move a decent amount during the night (6lb and 11 lb fur babies). Just wondering what everyone’s thoughts were about these two mattresses. I figured latex/hybrid would be best to keep us cool and lower the amount of times we wake up from movement. We typically like a bit more firmer mattresses (2/5 is what we are familiar with liking). Just scared about all the negative comments I’ve seen with both mattresses and living in Hawaii we don’t have much options for trying them out. We did try out a Serta iComfort Eco Medium Firm Latex Hybrid (S30LTX Medium) and liked it, but was wondering how these would compare. Obviously these options are a bit cheaper and many reviews would say they are better. Although I have read a lot of negative ones as well. Any help is very much appreciated!
