Has second dinner fired their lawyers or made a malpractice claim?

I keep asking. They are saying "they did not know" but people on reddit called it months ago. So clearly their lawyers should have known. So if they truly did not know, they should fire their attorneys for costing them tons of money OR file a malpractice claim.

If they don't, that is kind of an admission that they knew and didn't care.

So any news on this?
