Best Bleeder?

Who would you consider to be the best bleeder under most circumstances (regular hits and specials)? This is tied to some upcoming rank-up calls. It seems like OG Black Panther could get the nod or be in a close tie with Chee’ilth (and I’m considering both for 7R3, especially since both are duped). Does anyone else really get the blood consistently flowing? (Morbius does, I guess, but I’m generally not a fan otherwise and his bleeds seem pretty weak.) Mole Man - one of my fav utility champs - is great but you really need to get the Monster Mass going with an SA2 in this post-nerf version.
