New reader here, trying to choose between two choices

Hello there, New reader here, I'm currently reading grant morrison's New x men and I'm enjoying it so far, I don't usually buy physical comic books but I'm thinking of buying one of those two :

House of M Ultimate edition (2014) for 34$

House of X/ Powers of X (2019) for 47$

Which one is better and worth the price ? And which is a better choice to have a physical Copy of. Please lmk.
