It’s been a long time…
I haven’t ingested any mushrooms for about 22 years. Maybe a dumb question but has the strength of caps increased in that time. Looking to jump back into for a nice chill day with my wife who has never taken them before. I was thinking we’d each take about 1.5 grams as a starter for her and then eventually ent up at a half 8th (which is where I had my best experience) depending on how she likes it. I used to just eat them but I’m curious if it would just be better to make a tea. Any info is very welcome to this old dog.
Edit: would tea made with 1 gram ingested by 2 people be enough for a little trip?
