Does anybody know who's handwriting this is?

Opened my deluxe version of the record today. Was debating leaving it sealed but I wanted to view it for myself despite seeing the post that was made here a few weeks ago showcasing it. Noticed this handwriting and was wondering if anybody knew who's it was? Tried researching it but didn't find anything.
