Ram problam

Tldr my pc broke last week cuz idk , but wile i was trying to fix it i notice that for some reson if i have bouth ram stick in motherbord is black screan , but if i leave one in it its oke. I don't get it. My motherbors is msi PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4 And ram is ADATA GAMMIX D35 DDR4 32GB AX4U320016G16A-DTBKD35 and i look't in the support and it show'd that this ram is not suported, but for a half a year work't all fine so i don't get it why now 2 slot config is not working
