Wanting to roll before surgery

Hello beautiful people! I have a question for you all I have surgery for intermittent testicular torsion and that will be on Tuesday, I’m picking up a couple E pills today, if I were to take them today or tomorrow, would it be alright for the surgery Tuesday? I have tests to check that it’s real MDMA and everything, just want to roll before the surgery as to not roll after and tear back open my stitches from dancing and active hahaha
