Where is Antigoni and why isn't she on All Stars?

Antigoni Buxton, the Season 8 bombshell and singer/belly dancer that came into the villa and had some brief interest in with Davide that didn’t amount to anything substantial.

Where is she and why isn’t she in All Stars?

I think it would be hilarious to have her in the mix this season.
