I don’t believe Shaughna Philips

Has anyone seen Shaughna (s6) lately? I can’t believe how different she looks.

I remember stumbling across her insta during the summer Love Island (I like to see if former islanders are tuning in and sometimes listen to their commentary is they are) and I must say she look completely different to what she looks like now.

But I must say my main issue is that she’s advertising these diet plans and exercise program but I have doubts that’s even how she lost the weight. If it was exercise she would have some sort of muscle definition but she doesn’t. There’s no throwback videos of her in the gym, just some naff home exercise - which she’s not even doing intensely.

Anyone else not buying what she’s selling? (Lol pardon the pun)
