Expected way more Dave hate

Just finished episode 3 (S8) and I ruuuuuushed here thinking I was going to find more people shit talking Dave and his “jokes” and am kind of shocked that I couldn’t find any.

There’s a lot of red flags this season all around, but this man repeatedly asked “so what’s wrong with you, why are you here” to almost every first date. And any time any of the women have mentioned being 30+ it’s been immediately met with “oh, so you’re no longer attractive”.

He leaned into it harder by saying that his work has given him an unrealistic idea of what a woman should look like, and openly admitted that he has been awful to women in the past. So it’s like he’s acknowledging that he’s a dick, but then… trying to defend it?

He’s made these jokes multiple times with Lauren and not only is she fine with it, she seems into it! I feel so bad like… girl, he’s not it.

Am I being too sensitive? Is nobody else feeling like Dave is just a real piece of garbage?
