The early stages of LOTM were beautiful and it gave you a sense of vulnerability so that once the horror aspect of the novel came closer it’ll impact us more.

The entire little old Neil arc still hurts me to this day, I even sensed something was wrong with him the moment he learnt of the acting method and how progressing faster would’ve possibly saved his late wife. The way he acted he was out of character.

We all thought of old Neil as the kind of peaceful soul of a grandfather well that’s my depiction of him. And you can feel the instant pain in Kleins and Dunns and royales heart. The blood leaking through the door, the way Neil was still conscious and thought he was doing the right thing while he lost control.

That was pain.
