Where To Start?!

Looking to get into Lorcana. New to TCGs but have played some LCGs (Marvel Champions - which I play solo). Looking to play something casual with my wife; could also see myself wanting to build some fun thematic decks. QUESTION: Should I pick up 3-4 starter packs or should I buy 2 and an equivalent number of booster packs? Also, what would be the most fun starter packs? Thanks!
