Advise will help much..

So I feel like Im going crazy. Im bisexual. I do have a partner. My partners sibling who is supposedly straight touches me every time they are drunk. Its uncomfortable because its like wtf. It also confuses me because they are SUPER straight when they aren't drunk and around their family and people. Can someone help me understand this ? Is this normal ?
