Legion Space Update - Controllers not recognised

Hi, i have just updated my Legion Space software and now Skyrim wont recognise my controller inputs

I tried remapping my controller to bind my back paddles to keyboard keys, and since then they arent recognised in Skyrim. All my other steam games recognise the controller inputs fine. I have deleted my button mapping and restarted my device and still having the same issues. I have also tried disabling and re-enabing steam input with no changes.

Does anyone know how to fix?
