Passed all of my classes and am on academic probation

Never thought I'd ever have to make this post. I've never been on academic probation. I am a 1L who just completed my first semester. I studied hard for all of my classes and made 4 Cs and 1 B. I've never been a good test taker so this doesn't surprise me. Does anyone else think this is insane? I thought passing would be enough but apparently it isn't.

After reading the letter, my heart sunk. I took some time to process the situation and accepted the situation. I'm going to try harder this semester. I am meeting with the dean next week to discuss an academic plan. I'm still confused as to why this happened.
