MSRA preparation

What do you recommend for preparing for the MSRA?

For those of you how have done the MSRA exam, what sources did you use and did you get into your wanted speciality?

I understand many use online qBanks, but I cant figure out which one 'covers all' and if a certain book is good to have and read from. Any guidance would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
