Deja vu tokens?

I have won the blimp in Memoirs, but would quite like to get the upgrade. I missed the last round of card packs and wondered if there will be any more chances to win packs coming up? Does anyone know? I am still over 50 tokens short so I doubt there is much chance I will get it lol.
