10/7 NY @ Webster Hall ticket question

Hi, I am looking to buy a ticket for the live concert on 10/7, tomorrow. This is the first time I am buying a ticket in the US, so I don't know how the process is going to be.

My question is, what accounts do I have to be signed up for in advance? It looks like I should have a ticketmaster account, but I am not sure about it. I am also not certain about which site I should have my billing info to.

I'd appreciate it if you could provide me with information for this.
