Atwork Australia very unprofessional

So I noticed I had an initial appointment on the same day and almost the same time as I have to see a specialist that is nowhere near the job office. Rang up their 1300 number, everything seemed fine initially, the guy who answered whose name I missed said he'd put me on hold while he contacts my job coach. 5 minutes go by and I'm thinking he can't get onto them. He returns to the call, makes no mention of if he got onto the "job coach" or not. Instead he starts a very odd and uncomfortable line of questioning.

He obviously spent the 5 minutes reading my file and not ringing anyone, as he starts rattling off all the medication I take. (I'm a DES client so I'm guessing all my medical history is available to them). I was in shock a little, as I've never had my own consultant ever discuss my medication, let alone someone who just answers the phone. He mentions one of my medications and says "that's really dangerous stuff, very addictive, are you addicted to it I can see you've been on it for a long time?" Again I was taken aback as this didn't seem very professional at all, I explained I was on what's called a therapeutic dose, and my dosage hasn't changed since I started it. Also my medications get reviewed regularly by a psychiatrist. He then said in a very condescending tone "I bet you're just trying to get an exemption, are you?" I replied that I wasn't. He then mentioned that I really had to get my act together, and that rescheduling my initial appointment was upto him. He said normally he wouldn't make an exception but for me he would reschedule it. I was still partly in shock, and partly just wanted the appointment changed so had to go along with his questioning. Eventually he says he has their appointment schedule on his computer and can change it, the call ended not long after.
