Should I be running jeff nippards programs?

Hello, I have ran some of Jeffs programs for a little while now. Did the powerbuilding phase 2,3 4x a week, and did his pure bodybuilding program. However my lifts are not that impressive yet, Bench is about 92,5KG, Squat 110KG and Deadlift 152,5KG. I feel like this places me between a novice and intermediate, and most of jeffs programs are very techical.. maybe too technical.. Now I was thinking about going back to something more simple like his 4x week upper/lower program, however he advices this only for intermediate lifters. What do you guys think? Is it worth running or should I just look for a program with simple linear progression?
