Proposed to on Christmas and in laws had no reaction

He handed it to me in front of his brother and sister. They barely reacted. Then his parents came in and said “I didn’t know this was happening?” And heard MIL say to my now fiancé “That was weird” I guess because she wasn’t in the loop. However, no hugs, excitement, or encouragement. No hoorays or big congratulations. They had a Christmas party at their house later on and the whole MIL’s side of the family came but parents didn’t announce our engagement. I told a few members who I like. I stayed the night at their house and my boyfriend went to work. I spent the day lounging around with them awkwardly and they didn’t bring it up once. SIL and MIL hung out with my 8 month old all day but no recognition of my existence. I don’t really know how to feel, I just feel like I shouldn’t spend time here.
