Is this a good estimate?

I want to add an irrigation system to my backyard that is currently just dirt. It’s a 1300sqft lawn (and a drip zone but I’m assuming that’s not a crazy amount of extra). I got a quote for 12.7k. Does that seem reasonable? I’m in CA and unfortunately there’s probably about 100ft of pipe to get water back there.
